Vijaynagar beach is a beach in Havelock Island. It is 4km from the Havelock Jetty. It is on the eastern front. The Government owned Dolphin Resort is located on this beach itself. The water level rises till the retaining wall of the resort during high tide and during low tide it recedes behind deep inside. Rafts are placed in the sea for partying in water at night. You can find innumerable shells of various shapes and colours on the sand during low tide. Small soldier crabs can be spotted running here and there.
